RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Leeds City College Leeds Festival Promotion’ radio  competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 29th July 2019 until Thursday 15th August 2019 on Capital Yorkshire (the "Radio Station").

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com/, answer a question and register their details.

4.    Online entry will open at 00:00 on Monday 29th July 2019 and close at 23:59 on Thursday 15th August 2019.

5.    Three winners will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries and contacted by Capital FM.

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must be 15 or over to enter. Winners under 18 must be accompanied by an adult when attending Leeds Festival.

7.    Adult consent will be required by parent or guardian for entrants/winners under 18 years of age.

8.    Entrants must live within one of these postcodes BD, LS, YO, HX, HD, S, WF, DN, HU, HG.

9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person for the duration of the promotion. Duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

10.  Three winners will each receive a pair of full weekend camping tickets for Leeds Festival 2019.

11.  The full weekend tickets include access to Leeds Festival at Braham Park and camping from Thursday 22nd August to Monday 26th August 2019. The tickets DO NOT include travel or any camping equipment. All equipment will have to be organised by the winner separately.

12.  Those under 18 must be accompanied by an over 18 to Leeds Festival. ID maybe required to gain entry.

13.  A member of the Capital FM Yorkshire team will be in touch with each winner to organise the delivery/collection of the tickets ahead of Thursday 22nd of August 2019 when the tickets will be available.

14.  The prize won’t be substituted for any other prize or cash equivalent.

15.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize at its absolute discretion.
