RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to ‘Cosmo’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Friday 10th, 17th & 31st January 2014 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital Yorkshire.
1. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
2. To enter the Competition an entrant must text on the Friday in Drive the word ‘Cosmo’ to 83958 for the chance to win. Closing and opening times will be announced by the presenter, standard network text charges apply.
3. From all correct text entries a winner will be selected at random and brought to air to inform them they have won.
Eligibility:
4. Aged 18's and over only
5. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
6. The winner will receive:
- An all you can eat Meal for 4 people at Cosmo with a bottle of house champagne
- Overnight stay at a hotel in Leeds at a 3* hotel – subject to date availability
- £250 Trinity Shopping Centre vouchers
7. Capital FM reserve the right to change/alter the prize at their discretion.
