Full terms and conditions for Valentine's Competition

Valentine's Competition on Capital Yorkshire, February 2016

RULES
1.   The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions) 
(the“ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Valentine's Competition’ (the “Competition") which will run on 13th February 2016 on Capital Yorkshire (the “Radio Station”).

2.   Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
3.   To enter the Competition the listener must send a text message with the word ‘SINGLE to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”).  Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on-air.  The presenter will also give out a secret password which the entrant must take note of.

4.   After the text message line closes a contestant will be selected at random from all entries and called back.  On answering the phone they must repeat the secret password.  If they get the secret password wrong they will not win the prize and another player will be selected to play.  This will continue until the winner is decided.

5.   Must be aged 18 or over

6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
  • 4x tickets to Arena Cross at Sheffield Motorpoint Arena on the 13th of February
  • 4x X Factor tickets to either Leeds First Direct Arena on the 26th of February or Sheffield Motorpoint Arena on the 11th of March
  • A meal for 4 at Handmade Burger Company (entitles winner to 4 burgers, 4 sides and 4 drinks)
  • 4x VIP tickets to PLUG in Sheffield


8.   Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
