Meadowhall Capital Street Stars 4 Day Big Brand Event

RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to ‘Meadowhall Capital Street Stars 4 Day Big Brand Event competition ("the Competition") which will run from Thursday 31st October to Sunday 3rd November 2013. (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital Yorkshire.

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an entrant must register their till receipt from a shop within Meadowhall Shopping Centre detailing a purchase of up to a maximum of £100 per customer on the iPad with the Capital Street Stars.

4. Till receipts totalling over £100 will not be valid.
 
5. Receipts must be dated between 9am and 10pm on Thursday 31st October, Friday 1st November, Saturday 2nd November and Sunday 3rd November 2013.

6. Entry will open at 11:00 and close at 18:00 on each day of the competition,Thursday 31st October to Sunday 3rd November 2013 at Meadowhall.

7. The total prize fund of £1000 in Meadow Hall Gift Cards will be given away over the 4 day period (minimum daily prize fund £250) where due to the random nature of the receipt values the total prize value may be not less than £1000 but may be slightly over (maximum £100 per winner).

8.  Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries for that day and awarded up to £100 until the full prize fund has been distributed.

9.  The winners will "win back what they paid" and will receive the same amount of money detailed on their receipt (up to the value of £100).
 
10. If the final receipt drawn exceeds the remaining prize fund Meadowhall will award the amount of the additional funds to the prize winner.
 
11. Winners will be contacted via email within 28 days of each draw.
 
Eligibility:

12. Entrants must be aged 18 or over to enter.

13. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

14.  Total prize fund is £1,000 Meadowhall Gift Cards.

15.  £250 per day which will be allocated to winners respectively according to the amount on the receipt they register with a maximum prize fund of £100 per winner.

12.    The prizes are non transferable.
