Seabrook Crisps Celeb Moments Promotion on Capital Yorkshire , May 2019 

RULES

  1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at www.capitalfm.com (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘the Seabrooks Celeb Moments radio  competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 20thMay 2019 until Friday 24thof May 2019
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

  1. The competition will run in the Capital Drive show with Adam and Jojo on Friday 24thMay 2019 between 4pm-7pm
  3. To enter the Competition an Entrant: send a text message with the word “WIN” to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
  5. An Entrant will be selected at random from all the entries and will win the tickets. They will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

 

  1. Entrants will have to guess which is the REAL Celeb moment out of the three played by Adam & JoJo
  2. The competition will roll on until an entrant correctly guesses the correct Celeb moment
  3. The entrant who guesses the correct answer will win the Ultimate Thrill Package at Alton Towers 

 

Eligibility:

  1. Entrants must be 18 and over to enter
  2. Entrants will have one chance to enter and win on air on Friday 24thMay 2019

 

Prize:

  1. Ultimate Thrill Package- Overnight stay in the Alton Towers Hotel, Roller Coaster Restaurant Lunch, Theme Park Ticket, Waterpark Ticket, Gold Fasttrack for Alton Towers Resort Theme Park for 2 people. 

 

Prize covers one night’s accommodation for up to 2 guests in a standard room in the Alton Towers Hotel between 01/04/19 and 03/10/19.  Prize also includes breakfast and one day theme park entry with Fastrack Gold tickets included (one Fastrack ride on Wicker Man, Galactica, Oblivion, Nemesis, Rita, TH13TEEN, The Smiler, Duel, Runaway Mine Train, Congo River Rapids, Marauders Mayhem, Battle Galleons, Enterprise, Hex and Spinball Whizzer), one day Waterpark entry and lunch for up to 2 guests in the Rollercoaster Restaurant (up to the value of £40 per person) during prize visit.  Entrance to the Alton Towers Dungeon, Extraordinary Golf and Spa are not included in the prize.  Limited number of competition prize rooms available on any one 
  1. night and subject to availability.  Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.  Valid on from 01/04/19 to 03/10/19 only.  For accommodation purposes only, one guest must be aged 18+.  Identification will be required upon check-in.  Check-in can be made from 3pm onwards.  Prizes do not include travel to or from Alton Towers Resort, in-room movies and phone calls.  All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guests.  

 

  1. Height, weight, size, age and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions within the resort. Admittance to rides and attractions are subject to availabity and capacity.

 

  1. A member of the Capital FM Yorkshire team will be in touch to organise arranging the prize once the winner has been selected on air.

 

  1. Prizes are non-transferable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative.
