Police Name Chesterfield Stab Victim

Police have named a woman who died after being stabbed in Chesterfield.

Officers launched a murder investigation after Sharon Knapper died in hospital yesterday.

The 39-year-old was assaulted at a house on Tapton View Road yesterday morning.

Police say a 41-year-old man, arrested in Stavely yesterday morning, remains in custody.
