The Capital Evening Show with Jimmy Hill 7pm - 10pm
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Capital’s Summertime Ball Ticket Giveaway’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run intermittently between Tuesday 31st May 2016 and Friday 10th June 2016 across the Capital Network (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must identify the Summertime Ball performer from an audio clue given on air.
4. Send a text message with the word BALL and their answer to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at £1 plus your standard network rate.
5. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air. If listeners text after the end of the song, they will not be entered but may still be charged. Global Radio is not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network, which may delay the delivery of your text message to us.
6. Once the text lines have closed one winner will be selected at random from all the correct entries and called back. A call will be recorded with the winner and played out on air.
7. All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If entrants fail to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random.
8. If successfully brought to air and directed by the presenter, specified competition rounds may give the winner the opportunity to win an additional pair of tickets by answering a Summertime Ball related question.

9. All entrants must be aged 18 or over.
10. You can enter each round of the competition a maximum of 3 times. We strongly advise against excessive use.
Prize:
11. The prize will be tickets to Capital’s Summertime Ball at Wembley Stadium, London on Saturday 11th June 2016 as per the following schedule:
Tuesday 31st May – 1 pair of standard pitch tickets per winner
Wednesday 1st June – 1 pair of standard pitch tickets per winner
Thursday 2nd June – 1 pair of standard pitch tickets per winner
Friday 3rd June – 1 pair of Golden Circle tickets per winner
Saturday 4th June – 3 pairs of standard pitch tickets per winner
Sunday 5th June – 3 pairs of standard pitch tickets per winner
Monday 6th June – 1 pair of standard pitch tickets per winner
Tuesday 7th June – up to 2 pairs of standard pitch tickets per winner
Wednesday 8th June – 1 pair of standard pitch tickets per winner
Thursday 9th June – 1 pair of standard tickets per winner
Friday 10th June – 1 pair of Golden Circle tickets per winner
12. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
13. The prize is not transferrable and there is no cash alternative available.
14. Each prize must be won by a separate entrant.
15. Travel, accommodation and insurance are not included in the prize unless otherwise stated.
16. These terms and conditions (“Conditions”) and the terms and conditions of Wembley Stadium (the “Venue Conditions”) apply to any and all Tickets (“Tickets”) for Capital’s Summertime Ball 2016, due to be held at Wembley Stadium, London on 11th June 2016. (the “Event”) in addition to the “Ticket Conditions”.
17. By being present at the Event you consent to being filmed and/or recorded. You also agree not to assert any moral (or similar) rights and give all necessary consents under the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 (as amended) and all other applicable legislation in respect of any film and/or recordings. Please note that Global is entitled to make full use of any film and/or recording in all current and future media worldwide without any liability or payment to you, including permitting others to do the same.
18. Any person who purchases, holds or uses a Ticket (“Ticket Holder”) acknowledges and agrees that he or she is subject to these Conditions and to the Venue Conditions.
19. If a Ticket is declared void or if a Ticket Holder is refused admission to or removed from the Event because of a breach of these Conditions or of the Venue Conditions, no money shall be refunded to the Ticket Holder.
20. All persons who wish to gain access to the Event must have a valid Ticket.
21. Winners will need to bring Photo Identification in case they are required to prove their identity.
22. Everyone in attendance (whether adult or child) must have a Ticket. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over who is responsible for them at all times. Standing areas are not suitable for those under 5 years old.
23. In the event of a conflict between the Conditions and the Venue Conditions, the Conditions shall prevail.
