JLS Summertime Ball Tickets

JLS SUMMERTIME BALL TICKETS EVENING SHOW COMPETITION ON CAPITAL FM
MAY 2011

Rules

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ ) apply to ‘JLS Summertime Ball tickets competition’ on-air radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on 25^th May 2011 between 8pm-9pm (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is the Capital Network.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call the number specified on air (“theTelephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.

4. JLS will play a quick fire question game on air.  The number of correct answers they give will determine how many pairs of tickets will be given away.  One correct answer will equal 1 pair of tickets. When instructed by the presenter contestants will be requested to call to studio. Whichever entrants have reached line 1 of the available lines in the studio will be selected as the winner. They will be required to talk to the presenter and a call will be recorded with the presenter on-air. If any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another line will be selected at random. This line may not necessarily be the same allocated line number.

5. Winners will be notified by the presenter on-air or the show producer and they will be notified how to obtain their tickets.

Eligibility
6. Winners under 16 must be accompanied to the event by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult who is 18 years or over.

Prize
7. Tickets to Capital’s Summertime Ball at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 12th June. The number of tickets won will be dependant on how many questions JLS answer correctly.  One winner will win the number of pairs of tickets as stated on air.
