Jingle Bell Ball Ticket Competitions on Capital TV, November/ December 2012

RULES

  1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to ‘Jingle Bell Ball Tickets’ competition ("the Competition") which will run from on selected days between 17/11/2012 to 02/12/2012 (“the Duration”).  The “Station" is Capital TV.
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Send a text message with the word JINGLE and their answer to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at £1:00 plus standard network rates.  If you text after the closing time you will not be entered but may still be charged. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

  1.  Entrants will need to correctly identify the missing lyric by a Jingle Bell Ball artist as displayed on-screen.
  2. After the closing time one winner per round will be chosen at random from all correct entries received. There are 10 competition rounds during the Competition and in each round one prize is available. Winners will be telephoned using the mobile number from which they sent their SMS entry. We will make a reasonable attempt to contact winners but If a winner is not available within 24 hours of the first contact attempt, another winner may be selected.

Eligibility:

  1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over
  2. Entry is restricted to a maximum of three entries per person; any further entries made over this will not be counted but may still be charged.

Prize:

  1. The prize is 2 x mid-level tickets (back of level 1 and floor) for the Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball
  2. Tickets are for either Saturday 8th December show OR Sunday 9th December show
  3. All attendees of the Jingle Bell Ball must be accompanied by a person of 18 years of age or over.
  4. Travel and accommodation is NOT included in the prize and is the responsibility of the prize-winner
  5. Tickets will be sent out by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery – winners will need to arrange for a signature on delivery
