JINGLE BELL BALL on Capital Breakfast, Capital FM London, Dec 1st – Dec 2nd 2011
RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to ‘Capital Breakfast Jingle Bell Ball’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd December 2011 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is the Capital London
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must text into the studio on 83958 as instructed by the Presenter with the keyword as given out on air and their answer. Text Lines will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Line will be given out on air by the Presenter.
4. One person will be picked at random from all the correct text entries and will be brought to air to play. They will be required to talk to the presenter and a call will be recorded with the presenter and played on-air. If any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random.
5. We will play a clip of one artist. If they guess the correct artist, they will win the prize (2 tickets to the Jingle Zone at the Jingle Bell Ball). If they guess incorrectly, then they will lose and another entrant, chosen at random, will come to air. Randomly chosen entrants will be taken to air until one guesses correctly.
6. There will be a one competition round per day.
Eligibility:
7. Winners aged 14 or under must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult who is 18 years or over.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
9. 2 Tickets to the Jingle Zone at the Jingle Bell Ball on either Saturday 3rd or Sunday 4th December 2011 as instructed by the Presenter.
