RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Martin Garrix Live from Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel with Vodafone Future Breakers’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 13th July 2016 to Thursday 14th July 2016 on Capital Network (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

DETAILS OF THE COMPETITION

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to the Martin Garrix Capital Giveaway on capitalfm.com and register their details to enter the prize draw.

4. Online entry will open at 10.15am on Wednesday 13th July 2016 and close at 4pm on Thursday 14th July 2016.

5. From all valid entries received, the winner will be selected at random after the competition has closed and be notified before 6pm and announced on-air with Roman Kemp (7-10pm) on the same day.

6. The selected winner will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

ELIGABILITY

7. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

8. Entrant must have a valid passport and be available to travel between Friday 15th July and the early hours of Sunday 17th July 2016.

9. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

PRIZE

10. The prize for the winner is as follows:

  • Return flights for two people from London City with BA to Ibiza between Friday 15 – Sunday 17 July 2016
  • Return transfers from the airport to the hotel in Ibiza
  • 2 Nights’ All-inclusive accommodation at the 5 star Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa
  • Premium unlimited food and beverage
  • Complimentary use of the hotel facilities including:
  1. Swimming pool
  2. Jacuzzi
  3. Sauna
  4. Gym
  5. Tennis courts
  6. Boules
  7. Darts
  • £500.00 Spending money
  • 1x Pair of general admission tickets to the Martin Garrix gig at Ushuaïa Club
  • Travel insurance
  • Tourism tax

Prize Terms & Conditions: 

  • Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and must be between Friday 15 – Sunday 17 July 2016.
  • Flights will be departing from London City Airport to Ibiza on Friday 15 July 2016 at either 1445 or 1520 arriving in Ibiza at 1810 or 18:45. Return flights from Ibiza will be on Sunday 17 July 2016 at 1725 arriving at London City at 1850.
  • Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not provided
  • Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense.
  • Includes all taxes and surcharges.
  • Transfers in Ibiza will be private and not shared with other passengers.
  • Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two people sharing a twin room with ensuite bathroom on an all-inclusive basis. All-inclusive option is available from 9am to 12pm and includes premium food and beverage. Guests can have meals within the times set by each bar and restaurant, also local and international drinks (with or without alcohol), house sparkling wines, ice-creams and snacks.
  • Those under 18 can only have alcohol-free drinks.
  • Ushuaia entrance will be provided by Global Radio. Doors will be at 5pm. Gig starts at 9pm local time. Winners will be on a guest list and no physical ticket will be provided.
  • Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
  • Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
