eBay Golden Ticket Promotion at Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard December 2023 – Specific Rules

Terms and conditions.
1. The Golden Ticket promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run on Saturday 9thand Sunday 10th December 2023 from 16:00 – 22:00 at The O2, Peninsula Square, London, SE10 0DX. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is eBay. The ‘Prize Provider’ is The NDL Group.
2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.
Details of the Promotion:
3. To enter the Promotion, you must purchase an event programme at Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard (the ‘Event’) at The O2 on Saturday 9th or Sunday 10th December 2023 between 16:00-22:00.
4. On each day of the Promotion, One winning golden ticket (‘Golden Ticket’) will be randomly placed in one programme. For avoidance of doubt, there will only be two golden tickets to be won across the promotion period (one on Saturday 9thDecember 2023 and one on Sunday 10th December 2023).
5. If you find the Golden Ticket, as instructed on the ticket you must text the words ‘GOLDEN TICKET’ followed by your O2 Stadium seat number to 07557 187 080.
6. The text message line will be open from 16:00 to 22:00 on Saturday 9th December and from 16:00 to 22:00 on Sunday 10th December 2022. Texts received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
7. A member of the Capital team will confirm receipt of the winners’ text and arrange a time before the event finishes to meet the winner and explain the details around fulfilment of the prize.
8. The Golden Ticket is only valid on the date indicated on the ticket. The winner in possession of the Golden Ticket must text in on the date that they are attending the Event and in the time slot stated in Point 6.
9. The Golden Ticket will be checked and verified by the Promoter and ID may be requested.
10. We are not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network, which may delay the delivery of text messages to and/or from us.
11. We and the Promotion Partner may publish and publicise your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county), and we may refer to your [and any applicable third party’s (for example a guest/travel companion) association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.
12. In relation to the winner (and runners up if applicable, you understand that we and our Promotion Partner may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture.
Eligibility:

The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over and who are in attendance of Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard at The O2, Peninsula Square, London, SE10 0DX on Saturday the 9th December or Sunday 10th December 2023.
14. If you have purchased a Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball event programme and it contains the Golden Ticket and you are under the age of 18, the prize will be transferred to your parent or guardian.
15. You must be in possession of a valid Golden Ticket as determined by the Promoter. ID may be requested.
Prize:
16. Two winning entrants (one on each day of the promotion) will each receive:
• £1,000 to be spent on eBay’s pre-loved fashion and tech range.
• Return flights for 2 people to New York.
• Return taxi transfers from the airport to the hotel.
• 2 Nights accommodation in a 4* Hotel in New York.
• USA ESTA visa fees for 2 people.
• Travel insurance.
• £500 Spending Money
Terms for Prize a:
17. eBay spend must be made via an NDL representative. Money must be spent in a maximum of 2 transactions but can be used at more than one pre-loved fashion store. Voucher will be valid for eBay UK only, on items with an option to “Buy it Now”. Auction items will not be accepted. Voucher will be valid for 12 months, is non-transferable with no cash alternative available.
18. Winner will be required to send links to NDL group, for a maximum of 12 items including required size and colour which are strictly subject to availability at the time of ordering, for NDL Group to complete the order on the winner’s behalf.
19. eBay voucher will be in the form of £1,000.00 worth of shopping on the eBay UK website from the following eBay link page: https://www.ebay.co.uk/b/Fashion-Preloved. Should winner’s choice of products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, or if NDL encounter any issues purchasing the item, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
20. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. Multiple deliveries may be required and therefore some of the winner’s eBay items may arrive at different times.
Terms for Prize b-f:
21. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s Day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter in both the UK and USA.
22. Prize includes return economy flights, all flight taxes and surcharges as well as one piece of checked baggage per person. A Saturday night stay is a requirement of your ticket. Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winners nearest international airport that operates flights to New York. Please note, this may not be your closest airport. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize.
23. UK Passport holders travelling to the United States of America are required to have a valid ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) from the US Embassy. You can apply for this a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel although we recommend you apply as soon as your travel is confirmed. Please note that anyone without an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the US. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected. Should the winner purchase their ESTA through a third party rather than the official site, NDL will only reimburse the actual cost of the ESTA and not any of the fees involved. Travellers that are normally eligible to the Visa Waiver Program who have visited Cuba on or after 12 January 2021 must request a VISA instead of an ESTA if they want to travel to the U.S. If a traveller is found to have visited Cuba and does not have the applicable VISA, entrance into the U.S. will be denied.
24. Due to the ever-changing travel advice in relation to world events, we would advise that you look at all the information available with regards to the entry requirements of the destination you are travelling to, before selecting your dates. To understand the risks in a country, follow FCDO Travel Advice. You can find information online at https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. It is your responsibility to comply with any requirements for entering USA and upon returning to the UK. NDL Group cannot be held responsible for the winner not having the correct travel documentation or following any entry regulations.
25. Taxi transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
26. USA ESTA visa fees (£30.00) and funds to pay for your taxi transfer (£150.00) will be provided to you in the form of cash. Monies will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days.
27. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. Should NDL Group be unable to purchase travel insurance on the winner’s behalf, a cash sum of £50.00 will be provided to the winner via bank transfer.
28. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
Terms for Prize g:
29. We will endeavour to transfer the prize money to your bank account within 28 days but are not responsible for any delays. You must provide all necessary details via the method directed within 14 days after the original request to do so otherwise the prize will be forfeited at our discretion.

31. Your personal data that you provide to us will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited) and our Promotion Partner as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.
32. By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject, and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion. If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s) have given you consent to provide us and our Promotion Partner with their personal data.
33. You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us and our Promotion Partner when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and our Promotion Partner will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see Global's Privacy Policy and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy for more details). 34. We, our Promotion Partner and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Where any transfers are made outside of the EEA or UK we and the Promotion Partner will ensure appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data are in place.
35. We will hold your personal data for a period of up to 3 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations.
36. You may request the removal of your personal details from our database by contacting privacy@global.com. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
