RULES
- The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ apply to ‘Zoopla – Weekly Feature’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Friday 23rd January (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is the Capital Network (excluding Capital London).
- Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
- To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the keyword given out on air plus their full UK postcode to the number given out on air by the presenter (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
- The presenter will announce a number and letter. If these appear in any part of a listener’s postcode then they can enter the competition.
- One entrant will be selected from all eligible entries received and brought to air to be awarded the Prize.
- All winners selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another winner selected at random.
Eligibility:
- All entrants must be over 18 years of age.
- In order to be eligible they must live at an address that contains that week’s number and letter within any part of their postcode. Entrants may be asked to provide proof of address.
- Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
- There is 1 x prize available of £1,000, provided in the form of a cheque, addressed to the winner and to the address with the postcode the winner had entered on. The prize will be issued within 28 days after the competition end date.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize.
- Global reserves the right to substitute the prize at any time.
- Global cannot accept liability for any technical issues outside of their control that may prevent an entrant from participating in the competition.
- Global reserve the right to withdraw the prize from a winner if they are proven not to live at the address they registered with. The prize will only be sent to the address that matches the postcode supplied at the point of entry.
