RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at www.capitalfm.com apply to the ‘Win Summertime Ball tickets’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on ‘26th and 27th May 2012 between 8am and 12pm’ (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1) Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
Send a text message with the chosen word given on air to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening of the Text Message Line will be given out on air and will be open for the duration of the chosen song in each hour.
1.2 Winners will be selected at random
1.4 Entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If entrants fail to answer their phone or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random.
2) Eligibility
2.1 Entrants must be aged 16 years or over.
3) Prize
3.1 Eight Prizes in total (across two days) will be given away and each prize will consist of a pair of pitch tickets to the Summer Time Ball on Saturday 9th June at Wembley Stadium.
3.2 Global Radio reserves the right to change the line up of the event and substitute any part of the prize at any time.
3.3 Travel and accommodation are not included in the prize.
3.5 Wembley Stadium reserves the right to exercise their door policy for which Global Radio is not responsible.
3.4 Global Radio reserves the right to change or amend these rules at any time.
