Capital network: Global Awards on-air

The Global Awards Promotion on the Capital Network February-March 2019
RULES
1.    The following rules “Specific Rules” together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ (the Competition Terms and Conditions) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘The Global Awards 2019 radio competition the “Competition" which will run between 23rd February 2019 and 7th March 2019 on the Capital FM Network (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an Entrant) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
3.1    Listen out for and identify the Global Awards nominated artist from the question or song clip and send a text message with the answer and the keyword to the text number (the Text Message Line) given out on air. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
4.    From all the correct and eligible entries received, one Entrant will be selected at random and brought to air to give their answer and be awarded the prize.
5.    All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
6.    There will be twenty-one competition rounds (Saturday 23rd February – Thursday 7th March inclusive) on Capital FM.
6.1.    Sat 23rd Feb – Sun 24th Feb: Two competition rounds will take place daily on Capital Network (0900-1200 and 1600-1900) and Capital London (1200-1600).
6.2.    Mon 25th Feb – Fri 1st Mar: One competition round will take place daily on Capital London Breakfast (0600-1000)
6.3.    Sat 2nd March – Sun 3rd March: Two competition rounds will take place daily on Capital Network (0900-1200 and 1600-1900) and one competition will take place Capital London (1200-1600).
6.4.    Mon 4th Mar – Thu 7th Mar: One competition round will take place daily on Capital London Breakfast (0600-1000).

Eligibility:
7.    Entrants must be aged 18 or over
8.    Entry is restricted to UK residents only.
9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prizes:
10.    There will be 21 winners in total, each winner per competition round will each receive:

-    A pair of tickets to the Global Awards on March 7th 2019 at the Eventim Apollo Hammersmith.

12.    Global Awards tickets will be for collection only on the night and will not be posted.
 
13.    Winners will be informed by email only. Winners must provide a valid email address.
 
14.    The prize is non-refundable and non-transferrable. There is no cash alternative.

15.    Winners will be notified by the Promoter (Global Radio) by email within 2 working days of the end date of the competition (Thursday 7th March 2019) unless the competition take the day before of the day of the event when they will be notified the same day.

16.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
