RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ apply to the ‘Capital App’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 20^th August 2012 to Friday 24^th August 2012 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital FM Network.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the ON-AIR Competition:                                  
1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the Capital FM Studio Line when they hear Capital play a named artist’s song after a given time.  The lines will open when the song begins and close when the song finishes.

2. Entrants must text WIN to 83958 to enter.

3. From all correct Entries received one winner will be randomly selected.

4. The Entrant selected will be called back and taken to-air to be awarded their prize.

Eligibility:
5. Entrants must be 16 years or over

6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person per round; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:
7. Each day Monday to Friday there will be four competitions between 10am and 2pm, and the winner of each competition will win an Apple iPad 16Gb Wifi (20 iPads in total).

The prize will be sent to the winner by Global Radio within 28 days.
