‘Beyonce Ticket Giveaway’ Competition on 95.8 Capital FM London June 2011

RULES
1.       The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to ‘Beyonce Ticket Giveaway’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Monday 27th June 2011 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is 95.8 Capital FM.
2.       Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3.       To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word ‘Win’ to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air by the presenter.
4.       The first 90 text messages received with the correct keyword during the specified times to the Text Message Line will win tickets.  
5.         If entrants fail to answer their phone, answers their phone but fails to be available shortly thereafter, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random. If the caller is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected.

Eligibility
6.         Entrants and their guests need to be 16 years of age or over
7.     Tickets MUST be collected from 95.8 Capital FM, 30 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7LA before 7pm on Monday 27th June 2011. Failure to collect your tickets/wristbands will result in entry being refused at the Shepherds Bush Empire.
8.      You must bring a form of photo ID with you to collect the tickets, and the mobile phone used to enter the competition.
9.     You must be at the Shepherds Bush Empire before 7.30pm otherwise entry will be refused.

Prize:
10.     4 tickets to see Beyonce at the Shepherds Bush Empire on Monday 27th June 2011 at 7pm.
9.     95.8 Capital FM cannot be held responsible for change of venue or in the event that the prizel is either cancelled or postponed
