RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to the ‘Capital FM & Asda Black Friday on air competition ("the Competition") which will run on the day of November 29th 2013 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is the Capital Network.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3. There will be 2x Competition rounds on air.

4. To enter the competition, entrants must send a text message as instructed by the presenter on air, to the number given out on air (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air for each round.

5.    In each round of the Competition, one person will be chosen at random from all the text entrants, phoned back and brought to air. If an Entrant is phoned back but is not able to answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and cannot pull over safely, or if the call is disconnected for any other reason, Global Radio reserves the right to select another Entrant at random.

6.    Once on air, the Entrant will be asked a question. If the entrant gets the question right they will be awarded the Prize. The producer’s decision is final.

Eligibility:
7.    Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person per round; duplicate entries will be removed.

8.    Entrants must be 18 years or over

9.    Entries are limited people within the UK only

Prize:
10.    The total prize pool consists of 2 x Prizes. Both Prizes are the same.

11.    Each winner will receive 1x Asda gift card to the value of £1,000.

Prize Terms & Conditions
12.    Transactions may only take place at the checkout when the card is presented. The amount deposited or redeemed from a card will be shown on the till receipt which you should keep.

13.    The Asda Gift Card can be used in any Asda store within the UK and the balance on the card may be used for in-store purchases in full or part-payment (excluding third party concessions or products, petrol and lottery tickets) at any time whilst this card is valid. Unfortunately at this time you cannot use the card when shopping online.

14.    The card is valid for a period of 2 years from your last transaction. You will not be able to use your card after that date and any unused balance on the card will be lost.

15.    Asda cannot be held liable for lost/stolen cards or any credit amounts on such cards.

16.    Asda reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions that apply or discontinue the card scheme at any time.

17.    No change can be given on the cards or the balance on the cards exchanged for cash.

18.    The Prize will be delivered to the winner by post within 28 days of the competition closing, unless otherwise notified.

19.    The Prize is not transferable.

20.    The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

21.    Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the Prize at any time.
