RULES

1. The following rules ("Rules") together with Global Radio's ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to 'Win An Jingle Bell Ball Artist Goodie Bag' ("the Competition") which will run from Friday 7th December, 2012 to December 18th, 2012 ("the Duration").  The "Radio Station" is Capital FM.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3. To take part in the competition, entrants must go online to http://www.capitalfm.com/ and register their details.  Online entry will open on 23:59 on Friday December 8th, 2012 and close at 23:59 on Tuesday 18th December, 2012.

4. A winner will be chosen at random from all entrants.

Eligibility:
5. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

5.1 Entrants must be 18 or over (some of the prizes contain alcohol).
