RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at CAPITALFM.COM apply to WRU DRIVE PROMO ("the Competition") which will run from 14TH OCTOBER to 18TH OCTOBER (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is CAPITAL.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.
Details of the Competition: On air
To enter the competition an entrant must listen to CAPITAL SOUTH WALES, between 4PM – 7PM. The Text Message Line for each round of the Promotion will open as directed by the presenter(s) on air. The closing time will also be stated.
- Entrants must text 83958 with the correct keyword
- 1 entrant will be selected at random per day to come on air
- You must answer the phone with the phrase: ‘Capital! Get Me To The Game’(the “Winning Phrase”). For the avoidance of doubt, this must be the phrase that you say first as soon as you answer the phone. The producer’s decision is final and we will not be obliged to enter into any
correspondence in the event of a dispute.
If you do not answer your phone, attempts to call you go to voicemail, you answer the phone without the Winning Phrase or answer with an incorrect version of the Winning Phrase, or the call is terminated, you will not win the prize available in that round. Instead, it will be rolled over to the next round. The total prize pot will thus increase each round until a randomly selected entrant answers the phone with Winning Phrase and wins the prize pot. The prize pot will then be reset for any Promotion round that immediately follows.
During the final round of the Promotion on Friday 18th October 2024, the prize pot for that round cannot roll over and must be won by one entrant from the pool of entries in the round. In this case, an entry will be selected at random. If the randomly selected entrant does not answer their phone with the correct Winning Phrase, another entry will be selected at random. This process will continue until an entrant successfully answers their phone with the correct Winning Phrase and a winning entrant is awarded.
We are not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network, which may delay the delivery of text messages to and/or from us.
Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. Standard rate text messages to promotion shortcodes are not normally included in ‘inclusive’ packages and may be charged. If entry is made by text message, be sure to use the correct shortcode. In all cases, please check with your service provider for more details and charges. If you are not the bill payer, you must obtain the bill payer’s permission before entering.
Once the Text Message Line has closed, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. One correct entry will be selected at random and the entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via telephone on the number on which you entered. If the entry is ineligible, we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another entrant, as applicable.
All calls to entrants will be recorded and may be broadcast on air.

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts: CF, NP
Data:
Your data will be deleted from our system 12 months after the competition end date.
Prize:
Winner will win a pair of tickets each day as follows;
Monday – 1 pair for Wales vs Fiji
Tuesday – 1 pair for Wales vs Australia
Wednesday – 1 pair for Wales vs South Africa
Thursday – 1 pair for Wales vs Fiji
Friday – 1 pair for Wales vs Australia
In the event of an incorrect answer, the prize will be rolled over and added to the next round.
Standard tickets, non transferable, requires the Principality stadium app to be downloaded to receive the tickets and that phone to brought on the day to gain access.

Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.
Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.

We will contact you via text, phone and email W/C 19TH OCTOBER. If you do not respond within 24 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant. This will mean your entry is void and the prize is forfeited.
Once we have successfully made contact with you, we will aim to get the prize or prize instructions with you within 30 days.
