The CarShop key focus for our 2015 is building TRUST with new and existing customers. The spotlight is on Customer Services - how they engage with customers (through the sales/aftersales process) and how they handle/resolve customer complaints.

CarShop actively seek customer feedback through 3rd party websites - InMoment; that asks specific questions about the customers experience at CarShop and through TrustPilot; which allows customers to leave a review in their own words.

Their campaign for 2015 utilises customer reviews posted on TrustPilot to inform future prospects about the great level of service customers have received - which they too can experience for themselves at CarShop.

They are delighted that the vast majority of CarShop customers rate them as 5 out of 5, so this too is a key message.
