Overindulged this summer? Capital and Everyone Active Fareham are teaming up to give you the chance to win the ultimate prize package - an Annual Family Membership!

At Everyone Active Fareham Leisure Centre there's everything you need to work on your bod. There's group exercise classes, squash courts, two swimming pools, a 120-piece state-of-the-art gym and a large sports hall for football, circuit training, badminton and more. You can even chill out after a heavy workout session in their health suite which is kitted out with a sauna and steam room.

But don't take our word for it, you can check out everything that's on offer at the centre at their open day, this Saturday 29th September between 11am and 5:30pm. There will be 30-minute personal training taster sessions
, gym challenges, gymnastic/dance displays and loads more to get involved with. There's even soft play and face painting if you're bringing along any kids.

*Entrants must be 18 or over. This membership is valid for 2 adults and 2 children. Up to 17 is classed as a child and children have to be over 14 to use any of the gym facilities and there is a restriction on times within the gym for under 17s.
