Win £500 Worth Of Prizes With The Capital Street Stars at Waverley Mall Grand Opening

The new Waverley Mall is enlivening City centre shopping following a £4 million refurbishment and grand name change, which will be unveiled on Saturday 26th March. The Grand Opening event will take place between 10am – 4pm with a host of activities and Capital will be there to join in the fun. Capital’s Jennie Cook will be there along with the Capital Street Stars from 11- 4, and they will have £500 worth of prizes to giveaway as well as 4 x iPhone 6’s!

There’s entertainment from Che Chesterman, Capital’s One To Watch Finalists Indigo Velvet, Britain’s Got Talent’s Lisa Sampson as well as the unique walkabout act – The Scottish Hedgemen. Plus, there are branded tote bags packed with goodies to give away to the first 500 shoppers’.

The centre have hidden a limited number of branded tote bags inside selected retailers, if you find one it could have up to £50 worth of store vouchers. There are also 4 x Iphone 6 up for grabs.

The centre has undergone dramatic changes to bring an enhanced food, fashion and leisure offer to shoppers.

Waverley Mall has welcomed new tenants including Zumo, Chopstix, Pizza Mafia, Sainsbury’s and the Post Office, over the past 18 months as well as a rebrand for the long standing tenant Stop!

Waverley Mall, located in the prime location of Princes Street, is very well connected via train, tram and bus. The centre is often the first port of call for tourists and commuters alike, travelling via Edinburgh Waverley Train Station.

The centre was formerly known as ‘Princes Mall’ and has chosen to adopt the ‘Waverley Mall’ name as a nod to its location next to Edinburgh Waverley Train Station and the centre’s former identity – first as Waverley Market in 1985.
