RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition termsand conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [CAPITALFM.COM] apply to [THRICE IS NICE - BREAKFAST COMPETITION] ("the Competition") which will run daily from Monday to Friday from 22/04/25 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is [Capital Scotland]
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the competition an entrant must text the word NICE to 83958 before 9am. One entrant will be selected at random to record a round of 'Thrice Is Nice'. Each entrant who makes it to air will be entered into a random draw on Friday to win a pair of gig tickets.
Eligibility:
Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts: EH, FK, G, KY, ML, PA, KA

Prize:
Drawn winner will receive a pair of tickets to Chappell Roan, Royal Highland Showgrounds, Tuesday 26th August 2025.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.
Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.
Contact:
The winner will be contacted by a member of the Capital Scotland radio team on 25/04/25 with further instructions about prize redemption. As the prize is for an event later in the year, it is likely the entrant will be provided the prize nearer to that date.
