RULES

1.     The following rules (“RULES”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [CAPITALFM.COM] apply to [GLASGOW FORT ZARA EXPERIENTIAL]  ("the Competition") which will run on [2^nd DECEMBER] (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is [CAPITAL]

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website. 

Details of the Competition: EXPERIENTIAL

3.     To enter the competition an entrant must head to the [CAPITAL STREET STARS] at [GLASGOW FORT] on [2^ND DECEMBER].between [12PM – 4PM], and [ENTRANTS MUST SPIN THE SPIN TO WIN WHEEL. IF IT LANDS ON WIN THEY WILL SELECT AN ENVELOPE AT RANDOM CONTAINING ONE OF THE PRIZES LISTED BELOW.].  

Eligibility: 

4.     Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.  

5.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.  

Prize: 

6.     Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

7.     Prize will be provided onsite

8.     Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize. 

9.     List of prizes:
