Glasgow Club on Capital FM Scotland - Jan 2015: Terms & Conditions
RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ apply to ‘Glasgow Club Jan 15’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 12/01/15 until 16/01/15 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is 105 -106 Capital FM.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the [word “GARRY” with brief description of ‘how they have released their inner hero’ to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). This could be a funny or entertaining way that the listener did something good to help themselves or someone else.
Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
From all entries received, the presenter will select one they deem to be the best from all entries that day (this will be decided through content of entry, presenter’s decision is final).
The presenter will then call the winner back, and bring them to air. The winner will be informed if they have won on air.
All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Capital FM Scotland, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected.

9.2. £100 worth of Sports Direct Vouchers (provided by NDL Group)
Should this/these product(s) be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
Gift cards can be redeemed at branches of SportsDirect.com, Sports World, Lillywhites, Field & Trek, Donnay International, Gilesports & Soccer Scene stores nationwide. Gift cards may not be refunded, exchanged for cash, used as payment with discount vouchers or taken as deposits. Sportsdirect.com will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. Gift cards are valid for 15 months after purchase. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on the expiry of the validity period.
Gifts card cannot be redeemed online.
All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
