RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to ‘GLASGOW AIRPORT’ radio competition’ ("the Competition") which will run from 27/02/12 – 09/03/12 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital Scotland.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call the studio on 08452 777 106 the opening and closing times of competition will be given out on air.
4. Two callers will be selected at random and brought to air to play Capital Cabin Baggage - Des will list out all the things he has packed for his holiday to here (items will change depending on destination i.e. Amsterdam – pack your clogs and gouda) and caller 1 will have to list back as many of Des items as they can remember, against the clock. Jennie will then do the same with caller 2 and the caller with the highest items correct wins. This will be repeated in Drive each day with Garry Spence and news reader Louise.
5. In the event of a tiebreaker – both contestants will be asked a question relating to the destination, and the closet to the correct answer will win. Ie What is the population of Rome?

6. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
7. Winners and any accompanying persons must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date for the holiday. Winners and any accompanying persons must obtain all visas, permissions and any other documentation required for entering and staying in the destination country. The Radio Station is not liable for any costs associated with obtaining any such visas, permissions of documentation. Should the winner not be able to obtain the relevant permissions and visas to travel, the Radio Station reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
8. Winners and all accompanying persons are responsible for arranging their own comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to taking up the prize.
Prizes:
Monday Drive - Canadian Affair
A holiday for two people to Toronto with Canadian Affair. This prize is for 3 nights with 2 return flights plus transfers to the 4 star Sheraton Centre hotel in Downtown Toronto.
Prize valid May to October 2012 departing Glasgow Airport, subject to availability. Prize includes return flights for two people departing Glasgow Airport, transfers from airport to The Sheraton Centre Hotel for 3 nights (twin share basis, room only).
Prize cannot be exchanged or transferred. Travel must be taken in the months of May, June, September, October and November 2012, subject to availability. Travel is not permitted in July or August 2012 or on major bank/public holidays.
Tuesday Breakfast – a holiday for two to Italy with Thomas Cook
Depart in May 2012 for a 7 night stay at the 4 star Hotel Cesare Augustus in a side sea view room on a half board basis. Prize is for 2 adults.
Venetian Riviera prize valid at Hotel Cesare Augustus only and must be taken during May 2012. Subject to availability. Prize includes flights for 2 adults from Glasgow Airport, resort transfers, side sea view room and half board meal plan. Prize cannot be exchanged or transferred. Thomas Cook fly to VCE on a Sundays in May.
Tuesday Drive - holiday for two to Lanzarote with Thomas Cook
7 nights stay for two people at the 5 star Hotel Volcan Lanzarote, in a standard double room on a half board basis. Holiday is for 2 people departing between April & October 2012.
Lanzarote prize valid at Hotel Volcan Lanzarote only and must be taken between April & October 2012, subject to availability.
Prize includes flights for 2 adults from Glasgow Airport, resort transfers, standard double room and half board meal plan.
Flights to ACE on Thursday all season, and Sunday & Monday during selected months.
Wednesday Breakfast – A trip for 2 to Denver with Icelandair
Prize allows the winner to fly from GLA to Reykjavik, spend 2 nights in Reykjavik, then fly to Denver in Colorado for 3 nights.

Wednesday Drive - A holiday for 2 with easyjet to Amsterdam for 2 nights
Prize consists of return travel for two people to Amsterdam from Glasgow International Airport and 2 night accommodation.
The flights must be taken by 29 August 2012 and are not available over bank holiday periods.
Bed and breakfast accommodation is included in the prize. Accommodation is available during June, July and August. Offer excludes the 13, 14, 15, 16 June, 25, 25, 27, 28 June and the 3-4 August 2012. This is non-negotiable.

Terms and Conditions - Orlando
1. The prize consists of one pair of Virgin Atlantic economy round trip tickets to Orlando from Glasgow for travel between 20 January 2012 and 15 March 2013.
2. Travel is not permitted between 21 March 2012 – 25 April 2012 & 20 July 2012 - 15 September 2012 and 15 December 2012 – 15 January 2013 inclusive.
3. Actual dates of travel will be subject to availability at the time of booking. Availability for use of Prize Tickets is limited for each flight. Popular dates (i.e. weekends, school and public holidays) will fill quickly and Virgin Atlantic cannot guarantee availability on some dates. Some flights may already be booked and consequently have no seats available.
4. The prize does not include transportation to the airports.
5. Flights must be booked by 30 December 2012.

Virgin Atlantic may cancel the award of the Prize to a Prize Winner or disqualify an entrant who, at the sole discretion of Virgin Atlantic, is deemed to have breached any of these terms and conditions or who has otherwise engaged in unlawful or improper conduct.
22. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
23. Virgin Atlantic shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Virgin Atlantic.
