Capital Scotland: Fort Kinnaird New Year

RULES

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ apply to ‘Fort Kinnaird New Year 2016’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on 30/12/16 (the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to Capital FM Scotland, on Friday 30th December, from 2pm – 6pm

4. Opening and closing times will be given out on air.

5. Listeners must call the studio when prompted to enter on 03452777106 and 1 caller will be selected at random to come to air.

6. The contestant will be asked to answer 5 general knowledge questions. If they get 3 questions correct they will win the prize, if they get less than 3 questions correct the presenter will go to the next caller until we have a winner.

7. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Communicorp UK, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Prizes:

A £500 worth of vouchers to spend at retailers of winner’s choice at Fort Kinnaird.
Winner will be asked after winning which stores they would like £500 vouchers for retailers where giftcards/vouchers available.

Chosen vouchers will be delivered to Customer services at Fort Kinnaird within 28 days.

The winner will be required to collect their voucher/sfrom customer services at Fort Kinnaird with photo ID.
