A man sexually assaulted and tried to rape a woman after luring her into his car - with her friends rescuing her hours later when she managed to share her location.
CCTV captured the incident which led to the arrest of Ghulan Mohammed in Burton Upon Trent, Leicestershire.
Video shows Mohammed's car braking suddenly as it passes the woman at around 9.30pm on 17 December last year.
He parks nearby and walks after his victim, who police say is in her 20s and was intoxicated at the time.
After about an hour, the hooded Mohammed coaxes her into the back of his VW Golf.
Police say he spent the next two hours driving around and parking largely out of view of security cameras at multiple locations to carry out his attacks.
CCTV shows them at a petrol station at 12.40am and the distressed woman banging on the glass of the shop and pushing Mohammad away.
The 36-year-old then took her to a hotel car park, but on the way she managed to send a voice note asking for help and shared her live location.
Her friends rushed to the scene in a taxi and and are seen pulling her out of the back of the car
However, Mohammed is undeterred and follows them in his own car - only giving up when the taxi pulls into a police station.
Leicestershire Police said the victim did not speak much English and apps on her phone showed she had translated phrases such as "give me my clothes back" and "take me home".

Mohammed was found guilty week last week of attempted rape, four counts of sexual touching, four counts of fraud, and theft.
Detective Constable (DC) Sarah Le Boutillier said: "Mohammed is a sexual predator who intentionally sought out the victim that night after seeing her alone and in a vulnerable state.
"It is thanks to her friends that she was rescued from the defendant's car after she was able to share her location data with them. I believe had this not happened further offences would have been committed."
