Marcus Rashford: Man Utd forward's representatives meet with Barcelona over January transfer

Marcus Rashford's representatives met with Barcelona executives in Lisbon on Tuesday ahead of the Catalan club's game with Benfica.

As revealed by Sky Sports News last week, Barcelona is Rashford's preferred destination if he is to leave Manchester United in this transfer window.

Barcelona would have to create sufficient salary space through outgoings in order to accommodate the England international at the Nou Camp.

The potential departures of Ansu Fati and Eric Garcia would help.
