Rules

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Cube NightClub, Bangor’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 24th December 2018 to Friday 28th December 2018 On Capital North Wales.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must register online at Capital FM. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Monday 24th December 2018 and close at 23:59 on Friday 28th December 2018.

4. Listeners must answer a multiple-choice question to be entered into the competition.

5. A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted by a Global representative to be told they are the winner.

Eligibility:

6. Entrants must be strictly over 18 years of age.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

8. Entrants must be a resident within LL16 or LL21 to LL78 postcodes.

Prize

9. One winner will receive a VIP Experience for 8 people in total at Cube Nightclub, Bangor on 31st December 2018.

10. The VIP experience includes queue jump, VIP area, a drinks package which includes 1 bottle of Absolut vodka and 2 jugs of mixers of the winners choice. Additional drinks will be available at their own cost.

11. Winners must arrive at Cube NightClub, Bangor any time between 10pm and 11pm. Winners Tickets will be available at the door. All of the group must have valid ID.

12. The prize must be redeemed on the night of the event 31st December 2018.

13. £250 in cash. This will be paid to the winner via BACS. For this, the winner will be required to provide their bank account number and sort code to Global Radio. 

14. No cash alternative available.

15. No one under 18 will be allowed to be included in this prize.

16. Everyone must drink responsibly.

17. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
