RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Blue Planet Aquarium’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on the 2nd of December 2016.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

4. Breakfast Show: Text into Ben’s show on ‘83958’ to enter. Two people will randomly be brought to air. Ben will give the 1st listener a choice of 2 sea creatures that can be found at Blue Planet. They must guess which is biggest. This will go on until they get one wrong. They will do the same with caller 2. The person who guesses the most correctly will win.

5. Drive Show: Text into Faye’s show on ‘83958’. Listeners will text in to enter. Faye will randomly select one listener to come to air. She will give them a choice of two sea creatures. One you can find at Blue Planet and the other will be made up. The listener must guess correctly to win. If they do not, another person who text in will be randomly selected and brought to air. This will happen until someone gets it correct and wins. 

Eligibility:

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. 

Prizes:

8. Breakfast Show Prize: 2 x shark dives at Blue Plant Aquarium, along with £50 shopping vouchers for any outlet in Cheshire Oaks

9. Drive Show Prize: 2 x shark dives at Blue Plant Aquarium

  • Shopping vouchers must be used within 12 months.
  • The dives will be issued subject to medical conditions and self-certification.
  • The prize must be redeemed by the 1st of April 2016.
  • No cash alternative available.

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
