RULES

  1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at www.capitalfm.com (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the ‘Planet Leisure’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run Friday 26th October 2018 between 4pm and 7pm on Capital North East.
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

  1. To win, the entrant will need to correctly identify which celebrity is being described in an audio clip.
  2. To enter the Competition an Entrant must: send a text message with the word “ENTER” to83958 (the “Text Message Line”) plus their answer to the audio clip played by the presenter. Textmessages will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the TextMessage Line will be given out on air.
  3. The producer’s decision is final
  4. All entrants selected to play from the correct answer will be required to talk to the presentersand a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answertheir phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue thecall for any reason, the call may be terminated, and another entrant selected at random.

Eligibility:

  1. Entrants must be 16 years of age or older.
  2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
  3. Entrants must live in the Capital North East TSA (NE, SR, DH, DL or TS postal areas).

Prize:

Annual Pass for 4 to be used at Planet Leisure in Planet Leisure Maple Way, Newton Aycliffe, DL5 6BF only.

Annual Valid for 12 months from issue date. Pass entitles 1 Visit per month for 4 to the Planet Leisure giving access to activities up to the monetary value of £70 per visit. Food and Drink not included, however, can be bought separately at the venue.

The Prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize, including cash.

Venue booking is required and is subject to availability.

£250 Cash paid via cheque within 28 days would be supplied to the winner.

All venues have the right to exercise their door policies, of which Global Radio is not responsible.

Travel to and from the venue is not included.

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
