RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to 'The European Club Rugby Finals' (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 22nd April 2019 until Friday 3rd May 2019 on Capital North East (the "Radio Station").

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to www.capitalfm.com, answer the online question correctly and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 22nd April 2019 and close at 23:59 on 3rd May 2019.

4.    One winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries and contacted by Capital FM.

Eligibility:

5     Entrants must be age 18 or over. Although guests of the winner may be under 16.

6.    Entry is restricted to one entry per household, per IP address, and per e-mail address. Duplicate entries from these methods will be removed.

Prize:

7.    One winner will receive a VIP Experience at the The European Club Rugby Finals on Friday 10th May 2019 at St James' Park, Newcastle for themselves and up to 9 guests.

8.    The prize includes:

  • A ten-seater box at St James' Park with a fridge stocked with complimentary drinks and a set meal each

  • Partaking in the Coin Toss at the start of the game for the winner and one of their guests - both have to be over the age of 18 for this, the winner will get to toss the coin to determine which half the winning captain would like his team to play out of first. This is usually done by the referee

9.   The set meal is from a pre-set menu.

10. Prize must be taken on 10th May 2019. Times and full redemption details will be discussed with the winner.

11.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
