‘Leeds Festival ’ Competition on Capital North East, August 2016

RULES

  1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at capitalfm.com (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Leeds Festival ’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Tuesday 23rd August 2016 at 08:00am until Tuesday 23rd August 2016 at 08:15am on Capital North East.
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to the question being asked and send a text with the correct answer.
  2. Entrants must text the words 'Enter' plus their answer to 83958 when instructed by the presenter
  3. Entrants will be chosen at random to take part in a game guessing the chart hit which has been changed to a rock version. If the caller guesses the correct song they will win the tickets.
  4. All Entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Eligibility:

  1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
  2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
  3. Must live in the Capital North East TSA (NE, SR, DH, DL or TS postal areas).

Prize:

9.    There will be 1 x Prize to be won in the competition round.

10.   The Prize is a pair of VIP Weekend Camping Tickets for Leeds Festival 2016 – the tickets include access to the festival too.

11.   The Prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize, including cash.

12.    All venues the right to exercise their door policies, for which Global Radio is not responsible.

13.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
