A BIG well done to everyone who took part in the Great North Run at the weekend. It was brilliant to have so many of you support Help a Capital Child.

By taking on this great challenge you help raise vital funds for Help a Capital Child. 

Help a Capital Child is supporting Teenage Cancer Trust units across the UK, and the funds you raise will fund specialist hospital units and care for teenagers and young people with cancer. For six teenagers a day, life changes overnight when they are told they have cancer. We want to help make sure that cancer doesn’t stop these teenagers in their tracks and that they are given the best possible quality of life and chances of survival.
