Riverdale's Vanessa Morgan just got engaged to boyfriend Michael Kopech

Michael Kopech proposed to Riverdale's Vanessa Morgan at Mooney Falls.

Riverdale hive gather round. Our beloved Toni Topaz herself, Vanessa Morgan, just got engaged to Michael Kopech and we couldn't be happier for her.

It's no secret that Vanessa Morgan and Michael Kopech are all loved up. Ever since the two stars started dating last year, it's melted our hearts to see how in love they are with each other. Not only is Michael a huge supporter of Vanessa's acting but Vanessa regularly attends Michael's baseball games too (he's currently a professional pitcher for the Chicago White Sox).

Yesterday (Jul 3), Michael proposed to Vanessa in front of Mooney Falls in Supai, Arizona and Vanessa said "Yes!"

Taking to Instagram, Vanessa shared a photo of the moment with the caption: "My Forever 😭💍♥️". Michael posted a video of him proposing too with an essay about how much he loves Vanessa. "So I’ll start with the obvious: I love you. I love you intensely, passionately, & also at times, recklessly. I make decisions on the spur of the moment (i mean look at how our relationship has gone up to this point)."

Michael then continued: "You literally stayed by my side when I felt I had lost my mind. You stayed by my side for these seemingly random changes of my life. You stayed when often times I didn’t deserve it. You’ve loved me for ME from day one."

He ended the post writing: "I’ll never have enough words to tell you how much I love you, but I promise to always show you." I'm crying.

So I’ll start with the obvious: I love you. I love you intensely, passionately, & also at times, recklessly. I make decisions on the spur of the moment (i mean look at how our relationship has gone up to this point). I’m a very non traditional type of person and I know I’ve found my match in you when it comes to that especially. Our relationship probably doesn’t make sense to many people for a sh*t ton of reasons, but we’re not doing it for them. We know this is forever. Why would we wait? lol. You literally stayed by my side when I felt I had lost my mind. You stayed by my side for these seemingly random changes of my life. You stayed when often times I didn’t deserve it. You’ve loved me for ME from day one. Completely unselfishly. You’re undeniably the spark that reignited my fire. You’re deserving of much more than just this moment but this one just felt particularly magical. I’m incredibly humbled by the love that you give and I only hope I can portray a fraction of the love and light that you carry with you. I’ll never have enough words to tell you how much I love you, but I promise to always show you. But for now, I’ll finish this how I started: I love you. SO MUCH. @vanessamorgan

If that weren't heartwarming enough, the Riverdale cast have all sent their congratulations to the cast. Underneath Vanessa's post, Madelaine Petsch wrote: "Omggggg dying for this post 😭❤️🌸 bestie’s getting married !!!!!!! I’m beyond happy for you my little babies".

Meanwhile, Camila Mendes commented: "you’re kidding me!! congrats beautiful 😍✨" and Lili Reinhart joined in with "!!!!!!! So so happy for you!!! ❤️❤️".

Vanessa is 27-years-old and Michael is 23-years-old. They haven't announced any official wedding dates yet.
