The fourth season, dropping on Netflix this month, will be its last but a series finale movie might be on the cards.

Another one of your favourite Netflix shows is about to bite the dust. Yep, prepare your goodbyes for Kimmy and Titus because it's been reported by Deadline that Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt will be ending after the fourth season.

The show, which started in 2015 and was Netflix's first half-hour original comedy series, is due to drop the first half of season four on Netflix at the end of the month and will end its official run later in the year after the second half of the season premieres on the streaming-service.

The first six episodes of season four will drop on Netflix on May 30 and the second half of the season, containing seven episodes, will premiere later in the year.

It's also been reported that Netflix and Universal are in talks to produce a movie that will act as a series finale for the hilarious show. The movie, if it goes ahead, would of course be written by series co-creators Tina Fey and Robert Carlock after production wraps on latter half of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt‘s upcoming two-part season. According to Deadline, Netflix and Universal TV declined comment on the details of the movie.

So, just when you thought you were about to lose Kimmy, Titus, Lillian and Jacqueline for good, it looks like we won't have to say goodbye for at least another year yet.
