Shay Mitchell shares first picture of new baby girl with boyfriend Matte Babel

Shay Mitchell gave birth to her first child, a daughter, with boyfriend Matte Babel. The new mum has documented her journey to parenthood in her YouTube original series 'Almost Ready'.
Shay Mitchell and her partner Matte Babel have welcomed their first child together, a baby girl. The couple first announced that they were expecting back in June.

The You star shared the first photo of her newborn on Instagram with the adorable caption: "never letting go..." In the heartwarming photo, Shay can be seen holding the newborn's tiny hand. Shay and Matte have not yet announced the baby girl's name.
Thousands of well-wishers flooded Shay's comment section with congratulatory messages, including her Pretty Little Liars co-star Troian Bellisario, who wrote: "most beautiful babe and mother," beneath the photo.
Shay and Matte have documented their journey to parenthood on their YouTube original series, Almost Ready. In the web series, fans watched Shay go through the ups and downs of being pregnant. They also watched her prepare to give birth by taking classes, meeting with a doula and having serious discussions about whether or not she will have an epidural during her delivery.
Shay and Matte also shared plenty of adorable couple moments with fans leading up to their daughter's birth.
In Almost Ready, Shay also tearfully opened up about losing a baby last year. Shay admitted that she was "super happy" to be pregnant again but that she "still feel[s] for that one that I lost."
Now that Shay and Matte's baby is here, the actress has already promised to "never let go" of her and fans everywhere are thrilled for the new mum.
