So far, the details of the first few episodes have been revealed.
Riverdale season 4 arrives on Wednesday October 9th with the first episode set to be a tribute to Luke Perry, who passed away earlier this year, and will also honour the life and legacy of the beloved Fred Andrews. Ashleigh Murray, who left the show in season 3 for the Katy Keene spin-off, will return as Josie McCoy.
Episode 3 is set to feature an action packed plot to help rescue Alice, Polly, Fangs and everyone else who ascended with the farm at the end of season 3.
Episode 4 will be the first Riverdale Halloween episode - and judging by hints and on-set spoilers, Cheryl and Toni look like they'll be dressing as DC's finest, Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn.
