Bryce, as you'll remember, is one of the characters on Hannah Baker's tapes. In season one, we discover that Bryce raped Hannah at his house, and Jessica at a party. We then learn in season 2 that he also raped his girlfriend Chloe.
In the trailer, there is a funeral scene and Bryce's mum can be seen asking for information about his death. Clay seems like he has something to say before the screen dramatically turns black and a website address is revealed: whokilledbrycewalker.com.
When you go to the website, it asks you to contact the sheriff about the case. "If you want to help the investigation into the murder of Bryce Walker, tap below." Then you are instructed to give information about the case in a video call with the sheriff.
In an article with EW, more details have been revealed:
“Eight months after preventing Tyler from committing an unthinkable act at Spring Fling, Clay, Tony, Jessica, Alex, Justin, and Zach find ways to shoulder the burden of the cover-up together while helping Tyler move toward recovery. But when the aftermath of a tumultuous Homecoming game culminates in the disappearance of a football player, and Clay finds himself under police scrutiny, it’s up to a shrewd outsider to steer the group through an investigation that threatens to lay bare everyone’s deepest secrets. The stakes are raised in this riveting third season of 13 Reasons Why, as the consequences of even the most well-intended actions can alter a life forever.”
Netflix have also confirmed that they've renewed the show for a 4th season of the show. It will feature the cast’s graduation from Liberty High and will be the final season of 13 Reasons Why.
