When we last left Otis (Asa Butterfield), our protagonist was getting closer to his crush, Ola (Patricia Allison). And, his relationship with Maeve (Emma Mackey) was about to get a whole lot more complicated. When we rejoin the kids in season 2, Moordale is "in the throes of a Chlamydia outbreak" and Otis is learning to face his newfound sexual urges head-on.
As for the new kids on the block – Isaac, Rahim and Viv – they've seemingly got their own fair share of drama to contend with once the show picks back up for season 2. While we don't have full character breakdowns, new descriptions of Isaac, Rahim and Viv hint at exciting things to come.
Rahim is described as "a French student who turns heads when he joins Moordale Secondary". Sami Outalbali is a French actor known for roles in Grown-Ups, Vive la Colo and Lola.

Viv is described as "a super intelligent, multi-talented academic student, who is anything but talented in love".
Chinenye is a fresh face who will make her television debut in Sex Education, according to IMDb. She's also set to appear as Zoe Denmoor in The Stranger. You can follow Chinenye on Instagram @chinenyeezeudu.
George Robinson's Isaac "creates waves when he moves into Maeve's caravan park".

Meanwhile, last week Netflix unveiled a first look at the new season, which included a photo of Maeve and Aimee in a police interrogation room. Now, what on EARTH could that possibly mean for these two characters?
Sex Education is back on Netflix in 2020.
