Sandra Bullock and Sarah Paulson join forces for the scariest film of the year...
It's no secret that Sarah Paulson and Sandra Bullock are both experts when it comes to the horror genre. Sarah has wowed fans for eight seasons running on Ryan Murphy's critically acclaimed series American Horror Story (all of her characters are iconic) and Sandra has stunned in films including Premonition and Murder by Numbers and now they're both about to join forces in the new Netflix feature Bird Box.
Bird Box is a post-apocalyptic horror film. In the movie, Sandra plays Malorie, a mother of two who will protect her family at all costs, and Sarah plays her sister Shannon. In Bird Box, an unknown force kills off the majority of the world's population. According to the film's description: "only one thing is certain: if you see it, you take your life". Wtf? This sounds absolutely terrifying right?

We told you that it was scary af. This is giving us major A Quiet Place vibes and we're living (screaming) for it all. And it's not just Sandra and Sarah who are the big names involved in it. Trevante Rhodes (Moonlight) and John Malkovich (In the Line of Fire) are also playing major roles in the film. It's early days but, judging by the trailer and the cast, this film could be a new classic.
Bird Box marks the second time that Sandra Bullock and Sarah Paulson have acted with each other on screen this year. The award winning duo previously worked together on the summer blockbuster Ocean's 8. Considering how amazing the two of them both were in that (more movies with Sandra and Sarah planning flawless heists please), we have high hopes for Bird Box.
Netflix will release Bird Box on December 21st this year so it looks like we will all be having nightmares this holiday season.
