Rudy Pankow and Elaine Siemek are boyfriend and girlfriend. It's unclear exactly when the couple started dating but Elaine is Outer Banks' co-creator's assistant so it's possible that they met on set. The couple are pretty private but you can occasionally find cute romantic photos and posts on their Instagram grids. They also starred in a short film together called Lift Off with Drew Starkey.
