Robert Pattinson has long hair in 'The King' trailer and the thirst tweets are out of control

You probably didn't think a period drama would be the source of your next hair inspiration, but here we are.

Netflix have just dropped (27 August) the trailer for The King about the reign of King Henry V and the hair envy is something else. The movie centres around King Henry V, who must lead England in the Hundred Years' War against France following the death of his father Henry IV.

The King features an impressive all-star cast including Timothée Chalamet (King Henry V), Lily-Rose Depp (Catherine) and Ben Mendelsohn (King Henry IV). But there's one star that everyone is most excited about seeing – Robert Pattinson's hair. Yes, Robert's hair is having a moment right now, in fact, people are actually thirsting over it.

In the trailer, the Twilight actor looks light-years away from his brooding vampire character, Edward Cullen. Robert, who plays The Dauphin of France, is wearing full amour and sporting long, tousled locks. The colour is a little different too, a dusty brown with some even lighter pieces framing his face.

Sure, we've all seen everyone from Kim Kardashian to Selena Gomez sporting the lob (long bob) but R-Patz's hair? Another. Level.

Basically, everyone wants hair like Robert Pattinson now and the thirst tweets are getting out of hand.
