Pete Davidson Just Deleted His Entire Instagram After Being Called Out By Ariana Fans

Pete and Ariana are both taking a break from social media.
Whether you love the way Ariana Grande and fiancé Pete Davidson document their love story on social media or not, it looks like you're not gonna be getting more of it anyway because Pete has just deleted his entire Instagram. And now Ariana has announced she's taking a break from social media too.
Posting on his Insta story yesterday (July 23), Pete explained to his fans why he felt the need to remove himself from social media, saying "The internet is an evil place, and it doesn't make me feel good."
Pete wrote in his statement: "No, there's nothing wrong. No, nothing happened. No, there's nothing cryptic about anything. I just don't wanna be on Instagram anymore, or on any social media platform. The internet is an evil place, and it doesn't make me feel good. Why should I spend any time on negative energy when my real life is fucking lit. The fact that I even have to say this proves my point. I love you all, and I'm sure I'll be back at some point. :) Your neighborhood goon, Pete."
While Pete didn't pinpoint what exactly made him leave social media, fans are now speculating that he wiped his presence on Instagram after fans accused him of being inappropriate on one of Ariana's latest Instagram posts. It's no secret that Pete and Ariana like to leave comments on each other's posts - sometimes they're suggestive, sometimes they're just pure AF.
After sharing a picture of her late grandfather, Pete wrote "omg what a cutie" on the post, and fans wrongly assumed he was talking about Ariana. He later clapped back in the comments to someone who misconstrued the comment.
Ariana has also announced that she'll be taking a break from Twitter and Instagram after "bump[ing] into some negative shit" on social media.
