Veteran actor Glynn Turman plays Chiron in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians TV series. Chiron is a centaur, trainer of heroes of Camp Half-Blood and is a father figure to Annabeth. Glynn is perhaps best known for playing Mayor Clarence V. Royce in The Wire and Jeremiah Kaan in Showtime’s House of Lies. Most recently, Glynn has starred in Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom as Toledo.
