Chase Stokes plays John B, the ringleader of the Pogues. Chase has previously been in NBC's One Of Us Is Lying and played a minor role as Reed in the first season of Stranger Things. He also plays Adam in Amazon Prime's Tell Me Your Secrets. [Getty]
Madelyn Cline plays Sarah Cameron, a Kook who joins the Pogues after falling in love with John B. You may recognise Madelyn from Stranger Things, when she played Tina, one of the girls who checked out Billy when he first arrived at school. Her other acting roles include Chloe in Boy Erased and Taylor Watts in HBO's Vice Principals. Madelyn also played Whiskey in Glass Onion. [Getty]
Jonathan Daviss plays Pope, a Pogue and the brains of the operation. Prior to Outer Banks, Jonathan appeared in ABC's Revolution. He also had roles in 2018's Age of Summer and Shattered Memories. Outer Banks was Jonathan's first major on-screen role. He's since gone on to appear in Do Revenge as Elliot. [Getty]
Madison Bailey plays Kiara, better known as Kie. Kie is a Pogue who grew up around the wealthy Kooks. Elsewhere, Madison is most well known for playing Wendy Hernandez in The CW's Black Lightning. She's also recently appeared in one episode of the American Horror Story spin-off American Horror Stories ('Drive-In'). [Getty]
Rudy Pankow plays JJ, a member of the Pogues. Outer Banks is Rudy's first major on-screen role. He previously appeared in an episode of Netflix's The Politician, and TLC's Solved. Rudy also played Sam Drake in Uncharted alongside Tom Holland. [Getty]
Carlacia Grant plays Cleo in Outer Banks. Cleo is a new character in season 2. Carlacia is best known for her breakout role in the 2016 reboot of Roots. She also played Danielle Turner in Greenleaf. [Netflix]
Charles Esten plays Ward Cameron, Sarah's father and the main villain of the show. Arguably one of the most established industry players in the cast, Charles Esten is a major country musician, as well as an actor, and previously starred as Deacon Claybourne in ABC's Nashville. Drew Starkey plays Rafe Cameron, Sarah's older brother who becomes heavily involved in drugs, as well as Ward Cameron's schemes. Drew has already got a few major movie roles under his belt, including Love, Simon in which he played Garrett, and The Devil All The Time where he played Tommy. Austin North plays Topper, a wealth kook and Sarah's ex-boyfriend. You may already recognise Austin from Disney Channel sitcom I Didn't Do It, as well as Hulu comedy series, All Night. [Getty]
Elizabeth Mitchell plays Limbrey in Outer Banks. Limbrey is a new character in season 2 who plays a key role in Pope’s storyline. Elizabeth is best known for her leading role as Juliet Burke on ABC's Lost for which she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award. [Netflix]
Charles Halford plays Big John Routledge in Outer Banks. Big John is John B’s dad, who died before the events of season 1. Charles previously played Francis "Chas" Chandler in NBC's Constantine. He is also an accomplished voice actor, known for voicing Lonnie in The Walking Dead: A New Frontier. [Netflix]
Andy McQueen plays Carlos Singh in Outer Banks season 3. Carlos’s goal is to find the treasure of El Dorado. The role of Carlos is Andy’s biggest role in an American series to date. The Canadian actor is best known for his work in the series Coroner (as Det. Malik Abed) and in Disappearance at Clifton Hill. He’s also had roles in The Handmaid’s Tale and Jack Ryan. [Netflix]
Terence Rosemore plays Terrance in Outer Banks. Terrance is a new character in season 2. Terence's past acting credits include roles in American Horror Story, True Detective and Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2. He will also star in the upcoming DC film The Suicide Squad. [Netflix]
Julia Antonelli plays Wheezie Cameron in Outer Banks. Wheezie is Sarah and Rafe Cameron’s younger sister. Julia is best known for playing Jessie Novoa in W.I.T.s Academy and Every Witch Way. [Netflix]
Roger Mitchell plays Heyward in Outer Banks. Heyward is Pope’s father. Roger has previously had roles on Devious Maids and The Walking Dead. Roger also recently played Detective Jake Shields in The Oval. [Netflix]
Jesse C. Boyd plays Renfield in Outer Banks. Renfield is a new character in season 2, and is linked to Limbrey. Jesse's previous acting credits include Veronica Mars, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Mindhunter. [Netflix]
Gary Weeks plays Luke Maybank in Outer Banks. Luke is JJ’s abusive father. Gary is best known for playing Nick Newport Jr. in Parks and Recreation. He also starred in Spider-Man Homecoming and Instant Family. [Netflix]
Caroline Arapoglou plays Rose Cameron. Rose is Ward Cameron’s wife and step-mother to Sarah and Rafe. Caroline's acting credits include Strange Things and 2020 feature film Like a Boss. [Netflix]
Samantha Soule plays Anna Carrera in Outer Banks. Anna is Kiara's mother. Samantha previously starred as Miss Jean Blake in Netflix's hit show The Queen's Gambit. [Netflix]
Cullen Moss plays Shoupe in Outer Banks. Shoupe is the corrupt officer leading the investigation into Peterkin’s murder. Cullen is best known for his roles on One Tree Hill and The Notebook. [Netflix]
Adina Porter plays Sheriff Peterkin in Outer Banks. Peterkin was shot and killed by Rafe Cameron at the end of season 1. Adina has an impressive CV and her acting credits include, True Blood, The Vampire Diaries and American Horror Story, which landed her a Primetime Emmy Award nomination and two Saturn Award nominations. Jontarious Johnson plays Stubbs in Outer Banks. Stubbs is a new character in season 2. Jontarious previously played Moose in an episode of Modern Love. [Netflix]
