Netflix’s explosive Love Is Blind finale saw just three couples get married

Netflix's Love Is Blind put 30 singles through a social experiment to find the person they would marry, without ever meeting them. Five couples made it through to getting engaged - but who ended up getting married?
Love Is Blind fans, the time has come to discover the fate of our favourite TV couples as the final episode of the season, 'The Weddings', has just hit Netflix. Binge-watchers, assemble.
To quickly recap, during the social experiment six couples got engaged and went on the trip to Mexico, which only five ended up surviving after Carlton and Diamond's big bust-up over his sexuality. The remaining lovers then met each others families, began planning their weddings, got in a whole lot of arguments, and the show left off right before we got to see who actually ended up going through with their whirlwind wedding. We can't believe they managed to do that in nine episodes either.

You'll be pleased to hear that despite their 36-minute romance, Lauren and Cameron did tie the knot along with one other couple, and are still living happily together. This is the content we came for. For others however, things didn't run quite so smoothly - and it wasn't necessarily who we were expecting.
Giannina "Gigi" Gibelli and Damian Powers had a rollercoaster time on the show, but after we predicted that Gigi would be the runaway bride seen in the trailer, low and behold, we were right.
When it came down to business, she decided that she definitely wanted to spend the rest of her life with Damian, but unfortunately, the feeling was not mutual. Relatable.
Of course, they made their grand exit by giving us one of the best moments of the entire series, when Damian was asked if he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Gi, and straight up said: "I do not."
In true mansplaining fashion, he tried to make excuses as to why he was rejecting her in the most savage way possible, before his now-ex-fiancée does a runner from the venue, while ripping off parts of her wedding dress and throwing them at him. Iconic.
Jessica Batten and Mark Cuevas were another couple who truly weren't meant to be, after she caused an internet meme storm based merely off the amount of times she mentioned that she was ten years older than him - and it seems it got the better of her, because she called the wedding off.
Breaking poor Mark's heart in the most Jessica way possible she simply told him: "I guess I’ll apologise to whoever I need to apologise to, but I’m not going to apologise to myself because I’m not actually sorry."
Well Jessica, we hope Payton the golden retriever is coping.
While it might not have been the most explosive, the biggest oh-no-we-can't-get-married surprise of the season has to go to Kelly and Kenny.
Following their strong bond throughout the entire thing, we definitely had bets on them staying together - but Kelly decided that they just didn't click...awkwardly enough, in front of their family and friends while stood at the altar.
As Kelly got ready for her big day, she suddenly had the realisation that she couldn't get married to someone she'd known only for days. Crazy isn't it, Kelly? We're glad you're seeing what we're seeing here.
She also admitted that she wasn't as 'infatuated' with Kenny as she first thought, and respectively broke his heart in front of an entire audience. Boo.
Thankfully, two couples did actually survive the test of time, and Lauren and Cameron (heart eyes), and surprisingly Barnett and Amber, got married. Admittedly, Amber did panic that Barnett had ran away after he ghosted her phone calls and texts on the day of the wedding, but it turned out ok in the end, and we're gobsmacked that Jessica didn't even run in and try to ruin it. Always a happy ending, right?
