Love Island's Chris And Kem Are "Going Back On" The Show - But There's A Twist

The boys are BACK - but not in the way you think.
Can you believe it's been a whole year since Chris Hughes and Kem Cetinay stole our hearts with their bromance in the 2017 Love Island villa?! The two guys, who both made it to the final with their ex-girlfriends Olivia Attwood and Amber Davies, were the most talked about Islanders of the summer and if we could have had our way, we would've voted for them to couple up and win the whole thing.
But just when you thought you were ready to move on, there's word on the street that the ultimate bros might actually be heading back to Love Island. Yes, you read that correctly. Chris and Kem might actually be returning to the land of sun, sex and tantrums - but if they do, there's going to be a twist.
According to various sources, the producers who are working on the Australian version of the show have been "working overtime" to secure a special guest appearance from Chris and Kem in the Aussie villa.
"Chris and Kem's bromance was instrumental to the success of their series, and producers know fans will love to see them mixing with the Aussie lot," said the source.
The Aussie version of the show is airing at the same time as the UK version and is literally taking place as we speak in Mallorca, in a villa not too far away from the UK Islanders so it's not too out of the question for the pair to make a quick appearance on the show. (There's also been rumours of an 'Islander swap' between the UK and the Australian versions of the show, which would be MENTAL.)
Chris and Kem are currently filming their reality show in the UK so if they do make a guest appearance, don't expect it to be any time soon. And they probably won't be entering as legit contestants either.
Nothing has been confirmed yet either but we hope this comes true. We deserve another summer bromance after all we've been through over the past 12 months.
